Anxiety in children

child anxietyNowadays, children are suffering from huge stress, fear, danger and anxiety. It is because for scoring good results in school, performing well in other creativity activities etc. The best way to deal with the issues related to child anxiety is to talk to them about their fear or worries and try to dissolve all negative vibes from their minds.

On the other hand, one shouldn’t take an anxiety fear as being silly or stupid. There are also some helpful measures that are used to help a child to deal with fears and displace their concerns. For example, if a child is facing difficulty in sleeping and is afraid of the dark, a parent might help a child to change their mind set and create an image of a guardian angel sitting with them to keep them safe.

If a child is suffering from anxiety he/she can experience two components such as

1.    Physical sensations including headache, nausea, sweating etc. and

2.    Emotional sensations like nervousness, shyness, fear etc.
