How a person deals with the anxiety, is often a defining factor in their overall health. Thus, some of anxiety management tips are:
·    Manage the body: You can start by eating right and by avoiding alcohol, nicotine, sugar and caffeine.
·    Breathe: Breathing will slow down or stop the stress response. Start doing this breathing exercise 10-15 times per day.
·    Be Physically Fit: The easiest way to fight the dreadful effects of anxiety is to take a dose of proper rest and start doing regular morning walk, mediation, yoga etc that keeps you physical and mental fit. 
·    Learn to Plan Instead of Worry: Plan out good techniques to avoid your worries and tensions. You may go for outing with friends or family etc instead of sitting and thinking about your anxiety.
