·    Treat your anxiety through exercising, meditation, yoga, getting a good night’s rest and lot more.

·    Try technique of deep breathing. Pumping in fresh oxygen will help you in improved blood circulation to the brain which is primarily responsible for the anxiety related signals through the nervous system. You can do this for at least 15 to 20 minutes every morning and evening. It will help you stay calm and reduce your anxiety.

·    Evaluate your worries: Analyze your stress. And decide whether or not the problem you are dealing with is as big as you think it is. When you yourself analyze your situation, you can decide which problems are worth dealing with and which ones are worth abandoning.
