Till now I have given you information about many disorder their symptoms and treatment too. Today I am going to tell you about the most commonly present disorder and this is Sleep Disorders. ‘Sleep’ i.e. ‘Rest’ is, after food, the most important thing for all living being and if one is victim of this disorder he or she will not be able to sleep enough. Thus sleeping disorder disturbs the whole life of the victim.
Sleep Disorders –
A sleep disorder (somnipathy) is a medical disorder of the sleep patterns of a person or animal. Some sleep disorders are serious enough to interfere with normal physical, mental and emotional functioning. A test commonly ordered for some sleep disorders is the polysomnography.
Sleeping disorder is a state when there is a disturbance in your sleeping pattern. There are many sleeping disorder and some of then are serious enough that can shake you normal life and can be a big trouble for your mental, physical and emotional working. Anxiety affects our whole being. It affects how we feel, how we behave and has very real physical symptoms. It feels a bit like fear but whereas we know what we are frightened of, we often don’t know what we are anxious about.
It’s completely normal to worry when things get hectic and complicated. But if worries become overwhelming, you may feel that they’re running your life. If you spend an excessive amount of time feeling worried or nervous or you have difficulty sleeping because of your anxiety, pay attention to your thoughts and feelings. They may be symptoms of an anxiety problem or disorder.

All of us some times feel happy and some times gloomy and this is but obvious because all are human being. But sometimes we see some people who are always either so happy or too sad and that is even without any reason and more over they can show sudden change in their mood. One of my friends has a habit of washing hands many times. He washes his hands at least 50 times in a day and every times he takes 2 to 3 minutes. Recently I came to know that he is actually suffering from ‘Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)’ .So if you know some one having same type of problem, help him. In this disorder obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors become so excessive that they interfere with daily life. And no matter what you do, you can’t seem to shake them and yes don’t be confuse with Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder. That is a different thing and I will tell you about that later on.

What is the meaning of Social Phobia?
Social Phobia, Which is also known as Social anxiety disorder (SAD, SAnD) is an anxiety disorder characterized by intense fear in social situations. In this disorder people fear social situations where they might be embarrassed or judged. When put in a social situation where they might become anxious sufferers have symptoms such as a racing heart, trembling, blushing or even sweating.
