Generalized Anxiety Disorder

anxiety_disorderGeneralized anxiety disorder is an anxiety disorder that is characterized by unrealistic worries and tensions of everyday life with no obvious reason of worry. It includes overly concerns about everyday matters such as health issues, money, death, family problems, friend problems or work difficulties.

When everything’s get hectic and complicated, it’s completely normal to worry. But if worries become overwhelming, you may feel that they are running your life. Under generalized anxiety disorder you often exhibits a variety of emotional and physical symptoms including headaches, muscle tension, bouts of difficulty breathing, trembling, fatigue, restlessness or feeling keyed up or on edge, sleep disturbance, difficulty concentrating or the mind going blank, gastrointestinal discomfort or diarrhea, irritability, sweating and hot flashes etc. Moreover, you may feel like exhausted all the time.
