Difference Between Anxiety And Stress
Fall in love, fall out of love, take a job, buy a house, take a trip, quit your job, accept a promotion whatever you do, everything is involved with stress. What is stress for one may not be stress for others. Thus, stress is a pressure, frustration, tension that prevents you from working more effectively. Whereas, anxiety is a feeling of fear, panic, worries or hesitation. Both stress and anxiety have negative impact on the person going through it.
Stress is a feeling that finishes as soon as you finish the related work. It is just for small time duration for an explicit reason. But, anxiety is a feeling of worries, fear and tension that remains constant throughout your working hours.
