Sleep Disorder : Disturbance in Sleep

Till now I have given you information about many disorder their symptoms and treatment too. Today I am going to tell you about the most commonly present disorder and this is Sleep Disorders. ‘Sleep’ i.e. ‘Rest’ is, after food, the most important thing for all living being and if one is victim of this disorder he or she will not be able to sleep enough. Sleep Disorders –
A sleep disorder (somnipathy) is a medical disorder of the sleep patterns of a person or animal. Some sleep disorders are serious enough to interfere with normal physical, mental and emotional functioning. A test commonly ordered for some sleep disorders is the polysomnography.

What is Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)?
